No. We typically require a 3-6 month transition period for the owners to advise and answer questions on a part-time basis, but our default is to transition all operations to our internal team. On a case by case basis, we may retain individual employees. For larger acquisitions, we're open to custom structures that involve a partial sale and long-term retention of the founding team. Our structures are broadly flexible.
